David Stockton walked into his office for the first time in 2001, armed with an insatiable drive, a sweeping knowledge of the mortgage industry, and an empty drywall bucket. David, while driven and goal oriented, has always been resourceful. A drywall bucket can be a garbage can in a pinch. David grew Stockton Mortgage from being a one man show to having 20 employees in 2009. Today he employs hundreds of people across several states. Under his desk: his drywall bucket. David is revered by employees as an honest, hardworking and relatable mortgage professional from humble beginnings, with the drive to lead and grow a successful team.

Jim Wickham is the Chief Strategy Officer for LenderLTD, where he drives sustainable growth across the company's business channels with his primary focus centered on Third Party Origination. With a deep passion for mortgage banking, Jim is committed to fostering a collaborative team culture and ensuring that every aspect of production, operations, and corporate support works harmoniously. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Jim has held leadership roles at major institutions. He thrives on building strong partnerships and is dedicated to the success of his team and business partners alike.

VP, Operations Manager
Christie Hernandez is the Vice President, Operations Manager at LenderLTD, bringing over 22 years of mortgage industry experience. With a career that began in processing, Christie has spent the majority of her time in underwriting, with the last five years focused on underwriting and operations management. Her expertise spans risk assessment, underwriting, processing, and closing. Christie is a strong leader dedicated to fostering teamwork, achieving organizational goals, and enhancing the customer experience. For the last several years, she has been an integral part of the TPO team, consistently delivering exceptional service and support to clients and her team.
