December 31, 2008 To Business Partners and Clients, Lender Ltd. was an active participant in the Affiliate Network lending model of Mortgage Banking. We had just over a dozen affiliate lending branches throughout the Midwest from 1996 – 2008. In a group meeting between the Lender executive team and the various branch managers of the affiliates in the first quarter of this year we decided to wind down our operation during 2008. The branches went their separate ways, some in groups and some as individuals to join various other affiliate network operations. A few key personnel worked to wind down all operations during the 4th quarter of this year. We closed our last loan during the 3rd quarter and worked the balance of the year to get all production funded and/or insured. We had a great run together as a group and closed over $6 billion during our life span. During the first quarter of 2009 our state licenses will be returned (MI,OH,IN,KY,NC,SC,&FL), our agency approvals will be dissolved (FNMA,FHLMC,HUD), and our final 1098 run for clients and tax returns run their typical course. There are always trailing issues in the lending business. There is no physical address for Lender going forward as the original office space in Whitmore Lake was leased by another company upon our closure.
